Senior researcher at the Innovation Directorate, Hospital Clinic Barcelona. Albert holds a PhD in Medicine and a post graduate degree on Management and Organisation of Information Systems. He has been a main contributor to the development integrated care services at Hospital Clinic and the area served by the hospital. At present, he is involved in Project Integrate that benchmarks existing approaches to integrated care models in Europe. Current vice-chair and secretary of the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) and member and active participant in the action group B3 on Integrated Care (EIP-AHA)
